Clinical Supervision for Pre-Licensed AMFTs
A relational, non-shaming space to grow as a clinician— and as a human.
Now accepting inquiries. Supervision openings beginning May 2026
I offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed AMFTs who feel drawn to working with trauma, attachment, and the nervous system, and who want to practice from a bottom-up, relational approach.
This is supervision for clinicians who want to stay connected to their work while learning how to care for their own nervous systems — particularly in a field where overwhelm and burnout can quietly build over time.
If You’re Feeling Stretched Thin, You’re Not Alone
Many pre-licensed clinicians enter the field with passion and intention — and then quickly find themselves carrying more than they expected.
You might be:
Questioning yourself after sessions
Feeling unsure how to support clients with complex trauma or attachment wounds
Noticing your own nervous system getting activated more often
Trying to “get it right” while quietly feeling exhausted or behind
Supervision shouldn’t add to that pressure. It should be a place where you can slow down, reflect, and feel supported as you learn.
My Approach to Supervision
My supervision style is relational, non-shaming, and supportive — while still offering thoughtful challenge when it’s clinically helpful.
I meet AMFTs where they are and work collaboratively to:
Strengthen clinical confidence
Deepen attunement to clients and self
Understand what’s happening beneath the surface — for both you and your clients
I approach supervision with the belief that your nervous system matters in the room, and that growth happens best when there is safety, curiosity, and honesty.
This is not about performing or proving yourself.
It’s about learning, reflecting, and developing your own clinical voice.
Are passionate about working with trauma, attachment, and nervous system–based approaches
Want to practice from a bottom-up, relational framework
Value curiosity, reflection, and ongoing growth
Are open to both support and gentle challenge
Want supervision that goes beyond case management and hour sign-off
This Supervision May Be A Good Fit If You…
Are primarily looking for a CBT-focused or manualized approach
Want supervision that is hands-off or focused solely on signing off hours
Are not interested in reflective or relational clinical work
Naming fit matters — for both of us — and I believe good supervision starts with clarity.
This May Not Be the Best Fit If You…
